Cancellation Policy

At Elite Professional, we process orders quickly to ensure your professional supplies reach you as fast as possible. Because our logistics team begins preparing shipments shortly after an order is placed, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Individual & Retail Orders: You may request a cancellation within 1 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been “Dispatched” or handed over to our courier partners.
  • Professional & Salon Orders: Due to the specialized handling and volume of professional orders, cancellations must be requested within 30 min of order placement.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately:

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been marked as “Dispatched” or is in transit with our courier:

  • The order cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer want the items, you must follow our [Refund and Returns Policy] after the package has been delivered. Please note that shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

4. Professional Hair Color & Technical Items

As per our safety standards, once a professional order containing hair color or chemical treatments has been packed and sealed for delivery, it is ineligible for cancellation. This ensures the chemical stability and “chain of custody” for these sensitive products.

5. GCC & International Orders

  • Cancellations for orders shipping to the GCC (KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) must be made before the export documentation and customs manifests are generated.
  • Once the Commercial Invoice and Export Waybill are issued, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

6. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that a small processing fee charged by the payment gateway (2-4%) may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s terms.

7. Cancellations by Elite Professional

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in the following cases:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • A professional account could not be verified for restricted technical products.
  • The shipping address is incomplete or in an unserviceable area.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity or unauthorized resale.
  • In the event we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
