  • Local: All seven Emirates within the UAE.
  • GCC Region: Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • International: For inquiries regarding shipping outside the GCC, please contact our export team.

  1. GCC Shipping Specifics (Cross-Border)
  • Customs & Duties: For orders outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Documentation: For salon/bulk orders to the GCC, we provide all necessary Commercial Invoices and Country of Origin certificates required for smooth customs clearance of professional cosmetic products.
  1. Estimated Delivery Timelines
  • UAE: 2–3 Business Days.
  • GCC Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Muscat, etc.): 3–7 Business Days.
  • GCC Other Areas: 5–10 Business Days.
  1. Delivery Logistics
  • Individuals: Couriers will coordinate via SMS/WhatsApp for a delivery window.
  • Salons/Pros: Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Please ensure authorized staff is available to sign for and stamp the delivery note.
  • Restricted Items: Please note that certain pressurized aerosols or high-percentage chemical activators may have shipping restrictions for air freight to the GCC. Our team will contact you if your order is affected.

6. Inspection & Discrepancies

  • Retail Customers: Report any external damage within 24 hours.
  • Salons/Pros: Verify item counts against the Packing Slip immediately. Due to the nature of international shipping, any discrepancies or damages to liquids/glass ampoules must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.
